What data this website collects The website has no forms, no user accounts and no advertising tools. We do not ask for or store personal data through it.
When you contact us by email, phone or Instagram — for example to ask for an event proposal — we use the data you send (name, contact, date, number of guests, allergies) only to reply and prepare the service. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep that correspondence for as long as needed for the service and to meet legal and tax obligations.
Bookings and digital menu Online bookings are made on the UMAI platform and the digital menu is served by ChoiceQR. When you use those services, their own privacy policies also apply.
Hosting and server logs The website is hosted by Kinsta (data centre in Madrid, European Union) and delivered through Cloudflare’s network. Like any web server, it temporarily logs technical request data — IP address, browser, page visited — for security and operation. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies and statistics The website uses no advertising cookies. It uses one technical cookie, pll_language, which remembers the language you chose; as it is strictly necessary, it does not require consent.
Only if you accept in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to count visits and clicks on “Book”, “Call” and “Directions”, without identifying who visits. Cookies: _ga and _ga_* (up to 2 years). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time under “Cookies” in the footer. The map on the contact page is only loaded from Google Maps when you press “Show the map”.
